Site:

• Residential and workspace on the percent of farmland

• heavily planted site.

Design: 

• modular residential units, with private and shared spaces

• two side verandah as a buffer for climate and in-between spaces connecting the private interior spaces with larger outdoor spaces

• modules connected with larger public spaces, acting as a verandah. 

• large plinth acting as public space while individual units acting as a private space- the combination acts like a micro village with diversity of open spaces while the networking of verandah spaces acting as streets.

• The design encourages interaction and exchange.
