Project:

• Luxury residence 

• Family residence for about 6-8 ppl

 

Site:

• Sultanpur farms, New Delhi

• Lush green land with ample tree around the site of approx 1 Acre.

 

 

Design: 

• A cluster of pavilions along with a series of service cores

• Each pavilion as built volumes loosely sandwiched between the top and bottom slab

• The in-between space ( between indoor and outdoor) acts as a shaded/[rotected space where the living happens.

• The architecture becomes an expression to celebrate these in-between spaces.

• Each of the pavilions is designed as an expression of its function and solar orientation.

• The three-dimensional stacking of pavilions creates the envelope/ form of the house.
